Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company’s Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a Lean Manager to lead process improvement initiatives and manage Lean resources regionally on major Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects.

You will train departments on Lean processes, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement across the network, fostering a culture of reliability and collaboration for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Lean management or consulting experience.
• 5+ years construction operations or AEC industry experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in meeting or group facilitation and Lean tooling implementations.

Responsibilities

• Trains internal staff on Lean tools and processes.
• Leads Lean transformation efforts across regional projects and teams.
• Coaches project teams to identify, remove, and resolve constraints to improve flow.
• Manages Last Planner System integration and Lean journey across the organization.
