Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Executive Recruiter to own and execute executive level searches for Director and VP roles across the Amazon Stores business. You will map talent, craft search strategies, and partner with senior leaders to move top candidates through the hiring process.

You will build talent networks, conduct on-site interviews, and present offers, while guiding executives and hiring managers with strategic insight. Strong communication and judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive search experience at senior levels.
• 10+ years of progressive technical recruiting at executive level.
• 5+ years advising and influencing executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute executive level searches (Director/VP) for Tech roles.
• Research to map target companies and top talent for Amazon.
• Develop search strategies and engage candidates effectively.
• Lead client update meetings and present offers on behalf of Amazon.
• Provide strategic guidance in partnership with senior leadership.
