Job summary

The Assistant Nursing Director of Virtual Care Operations provides operational and clinical leadership across our nursing and care coordination functions.

Qualifications

• RN license required; advanced clinical licensure (NP/PA) or equivalent leadership background considered.
• MBA, MHA, MSN, or equivalent advanced leadership education.
• 7+ years healthcare experience with meaningful clinical background and progressive leadership responsibility.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers, supervisors, or other nursing leaders.
• Experience in healthcare operations, virtual care, telehealth, or care coordination.
