Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license or temporary license as an RN Practitioner in the state of work.
• MSN required; if undergraduate degree is BSN, a Master’s degree in a health-related program or MBA is acceptable.
• Professional leadership certification required within 1 year of eligibility for professional certification exam.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical triage, disease management, and virtual care coordination.
• Develop and implement patient navigation center strategies.
• Ensure data systems support reliable input and retrieval of information.
• Develop and manage department budget and guidelines.
• Coordinate contracts among providers to ensure continuity of care across settings.
