Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Manager of Predictive Planning & Insights to lead a team delivering revenue forecasts, predictive analytics, and decision-support tools across the Industrial Businesses. You will partner with FP&A, Commercial Leadership, Sales, Pricing, Marketing, and Enterprise Finance to improve forecast accuracy and generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Collaborating with the Director of PPI and the FP&A COE, you will advance forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, mathematics, data science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of FP&A, revenue analytics, BI, predictive analytics or strategic planning.
• Experience building forecasting or predictive analytics solutions.
• Experience supporting revenue-focused businesses and commercial decision-making.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Dataiku, Databricks and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue forecasts and predictive models for the Industrial Business.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Pricing, Marketing, and Enterprise Finance to drive revenue drivers.
• Develop forecasting methodologies using internal metrics and external indicators.
• Monitor forecast performance and improve model accuracy.
• Deliver actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
• Lead reporting, dashboards, and forecasting solutions lifecycle.
• Drive automation and adoption of predictive forecasting capabilities.
• Lead a team of Predictive Planning & Insights analysts and manage change.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science or related field

MBA or MS/PhD in technology, mathematics, data science or economics
