Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Financial Analyst to lead daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting, budget development, and variance analysis at the Aurora distribution site. You will collaborate with leadership to improve profitability, track revenue and cost drivers, and support capital and expense forecasting.

The role includes month-end close, P&L reconciliation, and operating plan development, with travel up to 10% and eligibility for a performance bonus.

Qualifications

This role requires strong accounting fundamentals and the ability to analyze financial data.
Proficiency with Excel and financial reporting tools is preferred.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting and P&L analysis is expected.

Responsibilities

Record and report daily production activity timely and accurately.
Prepare and disperse daily TAKT reports to Management and Regional Teams.
Review, reconcile inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
Own and manage purchase orders from writing to closing.
Perform month-end close activities including P&L reconciliation and general ledger review.
Support development of the Annual Operating Budget and quarterly reports.
Provide analytical support for cost savings projects and productivity initiatives.
