Job summary

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Senior Manager of Operations Transformation to provide senior-level leadership for an operational transformation team. You will oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of high-impact strategic initiatives designed to optimize resources and improve performance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field and 8 years of experience; a Master's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Strategic Oversight: Directs and manages the alignment of short and long-term goals for the COO and University Hospital Executive Leadership to ensure all initiatives support the broader institutional mission.
Functional Leadership: Oversees a consolidated team responsible for a diverse portfolio of strategic programs, ensuring collaboration across units.
Operational Optimization: Continuously evaluates business processes to identify inefficiencies and improve productivity and service delivery.
Project Governance: Manages quality, milestones, and data-driven performance of initiatives.
