The role partners with the COO and executive leadership, directing a diverse portfolio of programs, driving data-informed decisions, and ensuring scalable, compliant process improvements that support the institution's mission and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or similar field.
• 8 years of experience in finance, business, or project management.
• Master's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight: Aligns short- and long-term goals with COO and executive leadership.
• Functional Leadership: Oversees a portfolio of strategic programs and cross-functional coordination.
• Operational Optimization: Evaluates processes to identify inefficiencies and improve productivity.
• Project Governance: Manages quality, milestones, and data-driven performance metrics.
• Policy & Compliance: Ensures regulatory and institutional policy compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
