Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking a senior construction leader with a strong General Contractor background to drive hyperscale data center programs in the United States.

Ideal candidates will be at VP/SVP or senior regional leadership level, capable of managing multi-GW projects, large-scale campus delivery, and complex MEP environments while coordinating executives across developers, clients, design teams and trade partners to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with a major GC in data center sector.
• Experience managing multi-GW data center construction programmes.
• Strong knowledge of large-scale campus delivery, mission critical construction and complex MEP environments.
• Track record leading multiple projects, teams and contractor relationships simultaneously.
• Strong commercial, schedule, cost and risk management capability.
• Executive-level stakeholder management across developers, clients, design teams and trade partners.
