You will drive adoption, value realization, and executive engagement across global customers, partnering with Support, Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape strategies and ensure exceptional experiences. You will mentor leaders, scale processes, and maintain a culture of psychological safety while delivering measurable customer success and satisfaction

Qualifications

• 6+ years in consulting/professional services or customer-facing roles.
• 3+ years in management leadership.
• Experience leading teams of 12+ individual contributors in enterprise settings.
• Cloud/SaaS software experience, preferably global/regional.
• Proven track record of operational excellence and strategic outcomes.
• Understanding of regional business dynamics and cultural nuances.
• Experience with Data 360, CRM, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at C-level.

• Monitor and improve CSAT, productivity, and time-to-resolution metrics.
• Act as escalation point for high-severity customer issues.
• Ensure KPIs are met across global standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers at all levels, including executives.
