Golden 1 Credit Union in Sacramento, CA seeks a Sup - Consumer Loan Servicing to lead the consumer loan servicing team in a hybrid environment. This exempt, senior‑level role reports to the SrMgr - Operations and focuses on service excellence, risk awareness, and continuous improvement.

You will oversee end‑to‑end servicing operations, ensure accurate credit data, and coach staff to meet performance metrics.

Competenze

• Bachelor6s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5+ years experience in consumer loans and knowledge of credit bureau reporting preferred.
• 5+ years in leading and managing teams with a focus on performance coaching and development preferred.
