Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Lead Global Security Engineer to strengthen SSE controls and govern SASE platforms (Palo Alto Prisma Access, Zscaler, Fortinet) across ADP’s network. Lead and mentor teams while coordinating with GNS, DWE, and risk partners to reduce data exposure and improve security posture.

You will analyze traffic, refine policies, and drive corrective actions through change processes, shaping enterprise security decisions with a focus on access controls, egress, and data protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 10+ years in network security engineering or related roles.
• Experience with SASE platforms (Palo Alto Prisma Access, Zscaler, Fortinet).
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, TLS, DNS.
• Experience with policy management and access exceptions.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and govern SSE controls and policy enforcement.
• Lead assessments of enterprise internet egress and proxy configurations.
• Investigate complex access issues and drive remediation.
• Use SaaS discovery and DLP insights to identify unsanctioned apps and data exposure.
• Provide senior technical direction and mentor engineers.
• Drive remediation of data controls to meet audit and compliance.
