Job summary

ADP is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst to join the Global Zero Trust Security Portfolio Team within Global Security. The role focuses on delivering advanced data protection services, enhancing network security analytics, reporting, and operations.

Responsibilities include automating security processes, threat detection, data lifecycle protection, and CI/CD security integration. You will collaborate across IT, Legal, and Data Privacy to strengthen ADP’s security posture and drive risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience preferred.
• Experience designing and implementing data protection policies.
• Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate technical data into actionable risk insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead network security automation initiatives and orchestration.
• Perform data analysis on security data to identify threats.
• Implement data protection policies across data lifecycle.
• Maintain risk register and drive remediation actions.
• Collaborate with IT Architecture, Network Engineering, IAM, Legal, and Privacy teams.
• Support incident response and continuous security improvements.
• Integrate security in CI/CD and ALM pipelines.
• Create security metrics and reports using Power BI.
• Provide day-to-day operational security support.
