Job summary

Sumaria Systems is seeking a Senior Lead Test Engineer at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, to lead test planning, coordination, and evaluation for the MQ-9 program across development, production, and sustainment.

The role requires extensive DoD test experience, ABET engineering degree, and TS/SCI clearance; travel is expected. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of aircraft/test and evaluation processes in DoD programs.
• Ability to develop and coordinate test strategies and plans.
• Experience coordinating activities among program offices, test orgs, and industry teams.
• Ability to evaluate test requirements and identify practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as test coordination interface among program office, test orgs, and contractors.
• Establish and operate Integrated Test Teams for test planning and execution.
• Prepare Integrated Test Team charters, test concepts, and Test & Evaluation master plans.
• Review test plans/reports and recommend improvements for Government.
• Coordinate with AFMC, ACC, AFOTEC, and DOTE on test governance.
• Assist with test budgets and expenditure tracking.
• Prepare test status briefings and supporting documentation.
