Job summary

Sumaria Systems is seeking a Senior Agile Program Manager to support the MQ-9 program for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center MAUAS division. This role combines senior acquisition leadership with hands-on Agile project management to coordinate planning, fielding, and sustainment with government and industry teams.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across procurement, engineering, and logistics, develop statements of work, review contracts, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery

Qualifications

• Education and years of experience combinations required: master’s with 12+ years incl. 5 in DoD; or bachelor’s with 15+ years incl. 5 in DoD; or 20+ years with 8 in DoD and certifications.
• Advanced knowledge of acquisition and program management, with ability to assess complex issues and recommend solutions.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies; experience with Scrum, Kanban, XP, or SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition management, program planning, and integration support across MQ-9 lifecycle.
• Analyze cost, schedule, and performance; identify issues and mitigate risks.
• Develop acquisition plans, roadmaps, briefs, and program review materials.
• Support statements of work, contracts, and program protection plans.
• Assist with financial and acquisition management activities, including tracking of contracts and modifications.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, contracting, and other stakeholders to address integration and readiness.
