League School for Autism in Walpole, MA is seeking a Head Teacher, Severe Special Needs PreK-8 for our program. This full-time role involves leading instruction for students with autism, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and implementing IEP goals within classrooms designed for small groups.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Special Education with MA licensure in Moderate Special Needs, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education with MA license.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Experience with autistic individuals preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement IEPs.
• Writes and monitors progress toward student goals in IEPs and BIPs.
• Maintains data on student progress and ensures curriculum alignment.
• Provides structured instruction in small-group settings.
