KinderCare Learning Companies in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Sr. Teacher to lead curriculum implementation, model best practices, and mentor less experienced teachers.

You will create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn, while partnering with families to support each child’s growth and well‑being. Formación

• 2+ years of center-based ECE experience.
• WI Registry Level 6.
• CDA minimum.
• Must supervise children in a classroom.
• Excellent customer service and organization.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
