• Level 6 WI registry credential.
• CDA minimum required.
• Ability to supervise children in a classroom.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and engage with children.

Responsabilités

• Lead implementation of KinderCare curriculum in line with each child's needs.
• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
