KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Sr. Teacher in Wisconsin to lead the implementation of our curriculum, tailored to each child’s needs, and to foster a safe, nurturing classroom where curiosity and learning thrive.

You will mentor other teachers, partner with parents, and collaborate with staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, all while ensuring a positive learning community.

Competenze

• 2+ years of center-based ECE experience.
• Minimum CDA is required.
• Level 6+ WI Registry.
• Ability to supervise children in a classroom setting.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Lead curriculum implementation consistent with each child’s needs.
• Coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Engage with parents to support child education and care.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
