KinderCare Learning Companies in Wisconsin seeks a Sr. Teacher to lead curriculum implementation and mentor staff. You will create a safe, nurturing classroom, collaborate with parents, and drive enrollment and accreditation efforts across the center.

The role requires 3 years of ECE experience, WI Lead Teacher eligibility, and strong communication with families and licensing authorities. Join our community-focused team at KinderCare centers near you.

Competenze

• 3 Years of center-based ECE Experience.
• Meets the education requirements to be a Lead Teacher in the state of WI and a minimum of a level 6 on The Registry.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Able to see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
