Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Structural) or similar.
• Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience with heavy industrial projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Licensed Structural Engineer (SE) preferred but not required.
• Broad experience across multiple project types and strong communication skills.
• Excellent organization with ability to multi-task and document notes clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Lead Structural on multi-discipline projects and independently manage majority structural scope.
• Lead weekly staffing forecast meetings and set work priorities for next three weeks.
• Direct and manage project execution of other engineers and designers.
• Multi-task across several projects and adapt to scope changes and deadlines.
• Run project meetings, prepare notes and minutes, and track progress.
• Assist in sales, marketing and proposal/estimate development.
• Define and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes.
• Direct preparation of construction documents and detailed framing systems.
• Review calculations and drawings for quality and compliance.
