Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied software engineering experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Full-stack delivery with React and secure RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM) and containerized workloads.
• Microservices design, deployment, and operations.
• CI/CD pipelines and automated testing with quality gates.
• Relational and NoSQL databases; secure data access.
• Monitoring/logging with DataDog, Dynatrace, or Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example: contribute production‑quality code daily and review others.
• Design and deliver secure, high‑quality microservices and React web apps.
• Own end‑to‑end build‑and‑run: design, test, deploy, and operate services.
• Provide technical leadership across teams; set standards and mentor.
• Embed non‑functional requirements into designs (security, reliability, observability).
