Job summary

Celestica is seeking experienced software engineers in Richardson, TX to design, develop and validate orchestration software for data center GPU/AI compute. You’ll build full-stack applications, implement cloud-native methods and contribute to tooling for testing REST APIs, UIs and Kubernetes deployments.

You will mentor peers, collaborate across teams, and help optimize performance and scalability while adopting GenAI techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience validating orchestration software in data center deployments.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Go.
• Extensive networking testing in data center deployments (L3, BGP EVPN).
• Experience with end-to-end testbeds using VM or container workloads.
• Clear communication of requirements and architectural visions.

Responsibilities

• Architect/Develop/Validate a full stack application for next-gen data centers including GPU/AI elements.
• Use Cloud Native methods to support Kubernetes deployments.
• Build network validation for GPU-centric traffic patterns.
• Optimize code for performance, efficiency, and scalability; adopt GenAI tools.
• Collaborate with engineers and leads; triage issues and execute quickly.
• Mentor team members on technical skills.
• Develop test strategies for rack designs; create mock elements as needed.
• Develop test frameworks for REST APIs, UIs and k8s deployments.
• Coordinate with product management and customers for requirements and handoff.
• Present innovations and value in technical forums and customer interactions.
