Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in hardware design and technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in compute hardware architectures for datacenter and enterprise environments.
• Hands-on mastery of AMD/Intel GPUs, Broadcom Ethernet Switches, x86 architectures, and storage tech (HDDs, SSDs, SAS/SATA, PCIe, CXL).
• Extensive experience in rack-level system design and integration.
• Proven ability to lead concepts from architecture to prototype, eval, and release.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation and concept design of next-generation hardware architectures for AI data center solutions.
• Architect complex hardware systems and guide AI data center planning and design.
• Define a technology roadmap with cross-functional teams to prioritize innovation.
• Analyze compute industry trends and steer strategic tech initiatives.
