Job summary

Huron is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer for the Care Insights team to drive development of healthcare analytics products. You will design ETL processes, maintain data pipelines, and build dashboards that illuminate patterns and outcomes for clinicians and executives.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in software development, strong Python/R skills, and a background in relational databases (MySQL preferred). U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization is required.
• B.S. degree with a focus in computer science, information systems, engineering and/or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant software development experience and/or leading a project or team.
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, demonstrating expertise in leading the development of analytics products or similar.
• Proficiency in relational database concepts, with a preference for MySQL.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or equivalent languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of healthcare analytics products, designing efficient ETL processes, maintaining data pipelines and collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to convey insights for stakeholders and clients.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to shaping the analytics roadmap with product leadership.
• Stay abreast of tech trends and drive innovation within the healthcare analytics space.
