Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer within the Corporate & Investment Bank Securitized Product Group Technology team to be a SME for trade pre-trade, trade capture, pricing and real-time risk & P&L streams.

You will lead design and development of new systems, drive AI-assisted engineering practices, and collaborate with SPG Trading, Risk and P&L teams to deliver scalable, robust solutions across the FICC domain.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
• Graduate degree in Computer science/engineering field
• 10+ years of software development experience in Java, Python, C++ or SQL
• Experience with enterprise AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, NLP knowledge would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Programming and problem-solving with hands-on development and bug fixes
• Design and develop trading tools and streamline tech stack across pre-trade, trade capture and pricing for FICC
• Analyze legacy systems to identify improvements and innovations
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure transformation success
• Lead pilots to test new technologies and methodologies
