Job summary

Qualifications

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 7+ years applied experience.
Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Expertise in KDB and Q language and agentic AI-enabled development practices.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use, security, resiliency, and governance.

Responsibilities

Advises and leads on strategy and development of multiple products and technologies.
Creates novel code solutions and drives production code capabilities across teams.
Architects and governs AI-enabled engineering workflows with guardrails for security and reuse.
Improves value realized by automation within the SDLC using AI-assisted tools.
Enable leaders to make strategic decisions about technology advancements.
Design, develop, and deliver scalable KDB-based systems and real-time data platforms.
Collaborate with Algo and QR teams for data enrichment and validation.
Promote modern development methodologies and reusable software frameworks.
Influence senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Champion diversity, inclusion, and respect within the firm.
