Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with 10+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages C and C++.
• Experience leading use of enterprise AI-assisted development tools and setting expectations for AI output validation.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure handling, resiliency and security.
• Advanced knowledge across cloud, AI/ML, mobile, or related technical disciplines.
• Ability to tackle design problems independently with minimal oversight.
• Practical cloud-native experience.
