You will lead an agile team to build trusted, secure and scalable technology products, delivering high-quality production code and evolving architecture across multiple technologies. The role emphasizes AI-assisted development, data-driven improvements, and strong SDLC discipline.

Qualifications

• Formal training and certification on software engineering concepts; 5+ years in the field.
• 2+ years leading technologists to solve complex items within your domain of expertise.
• Hands-on experience in design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
• Experience using enterprise AI-assisted development tools and ability to evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
• Experience with Python, PySpark, Big Data, Data pipelines, Machine Learning.
• Strong SQL skills to validate features and data quality at scale.
• Experience configuring and optimizing Spark clusters for processing large data.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EMR, EC2, S3, and CloudWatch.
• Working knowledge of Databricks for Data Pipelines and ML deployment.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to tackle non-routine problems.
• Drives adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operations, with measurable validation standards.
• Applies SDLC tooling and AI-assisted development capabilities to drive efficiency and reuse.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run reliably with systems.
• Drive AI/ML delivery best practices alongside software engineering practices.
• Defines architecture for a series of complex deliverables.
• Gathers, analyzes, and visualizes data from large datasets to improve software systems.
• Proactively identifies hidden data patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
