Qualifications

• Experience with architecting hardware, software, and infrastructure at scale.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align with business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements as part of the product lifecycle to influence new designs and standards.
• Provide support, leadership and motivation for project teams.
• Create and maintain SLOs and KPIs in collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Support teams.
• Engage with support, operations, hardware, and engineering to troubleshoot complex problems, including incident management and post-mortem reviews.
• Participate in on-call rotations and guide restoration of service-impacting issues.
