Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on security engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience in leading a team.
• Experience leading teams delivering enterprise security solutions.
• Experience using AI-enabled security workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted security recommendations before adoption, ensuring alignment with security and auditability.
• Experience hiring, developing and recognizing talent.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates security requirements clarification for multiple networks to enable networks with multi-level security to satisfy organizational needs
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate security risk analysis and documentation (e.g., synthesizing threat assessments), validating outputs and ensuring sensitive data is handled appropriately.
• Works with stakeholders and senior business leaders to recommend business modifications during periods of vulnerability
• Applies reuse-first, AI-assisted practices within SDLC/toolchain routines to strengthen security testing and control validation, ensuring traceability/auditability and alignment to resiliency and security expectations.
• Appy leadership knowledge, by leading others, providing feedback, support and demonstrate core values.
• Experience leading teams delivering security solutions operations and experience building security engineering products and solutions
• Experience leading teams in the safe use of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment for security engineering workflows, including validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
