Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a senior Electrical Engineering leader for AMS E&S in Baltimore. You will guide RF hardware and REX hardware/subsystem teams, oversee design and verification, and drive performance for high‑reliability military RF assemblies in an onsite setting.

The role requires a current Secret Clearance, strong communication skills, and a track record in multi-disciplined engineering environments. Primary duties include proposal support and cross‑group coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience leading technical teams and integrated product teams.
• Knowledge of RF electronics at assembly/subsystem level.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering design group of 10–15 engineers and manage performance
• Provide project and technical oversight for design activities
• Develop proposals and coordinate with internal/external customers
• Collaborate with peers to ensure design process alignment
