Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable STEM field; relevant experience as specified.
• Experience with RF/Microwave modeling, simulation and PCB design tools (Keysight ADS, Xpedition, HFSS).
• Drafting and design experience in PCB design for fabrication and PWB layer stack for digital, RF and mixed signal CCAs.
• Experience with test and troubleshoot from component to assembly levels.
• US Citizenship required; Active Secret Clearance and ability to obtain SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Hardware Design Team and partner with other engineering function leaders to progress hardware product through design lifecycle.
• Oversee RF, microwave, and mixed-signal design modeling, verification, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Manufacturing, Test, and IC design Engineers.
• Derive and trade requirements with subsystem engineers and designers; mentor engineers and conduct senior peer reviews.
