Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Senior Lead Python Developer for its Cyber Security organization in the United States. You will design, develop, and maintain software systems using Python, Django, and SQL, building data reporting and visualizations with Dash, Plotly, and D3.js.

You will lead 5–6 junior developers, expand Django web applications, maintain Airflow DAGs, and drive secure coding practices while collaborating with cyber business teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in data engineering and software development using Python (including Django) and SQL.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL data pipelines and data visualizations with Dash/Plotly.
• Strong understanding of software development, Agile, version control, CI, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software systems primarily using Python, SQL, Bash, JavaScript.
• Build interactive data reporting and visualizations using Plotly Dash, D3.js, AG Grid.
• Create and maintain Apache Airflow DAGs and Django web applications.
• Lead and mentor junior Python developers and collaborate with product managers and stakeholders.
