Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Senior or Lead Project Engineer for the Precision Engagement Systems team in Saint Charles, MO. You will lead multi-disciplinary engineering efforts, work with program managers, contracts, and customers, and help execute complex Defense, Space, and Security programs.

The role requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, traveling domestically and internationally, and delivering on cost, schedule, and technical performance using PMBP and EVM practices.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years leading multi-disciplinary engineering projects
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Clearance, or ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance (Citizenship required)

Responsibilities

• Identify requirements with customers and build execution plans.
• Track progress using PMBP and EVM practices.
• Support proposal development, pricing, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with supply chain to monitor supplier performance.
• Manage risks, issues, and opportunities; monitor baselines.
• Brief customers and leadership on program status and risks.
