Job summary

Elevance Health in Ohio is seeking an Initiative Project Leader for the Payment Integrity Unified Ecosystem. The role requires in-office work three days per week with hybrid options to balance collaboration and productivity.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across claims, health plans, and IT, coordinating partners to develop new Payment Integrity solutions and measurable improvements for members and providers.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS degree and 8+ years in an operations environment with 7+ years leading large enterprise projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across business, product, operations, digital, and technology partners.
• Strong executive communication and ability to build business cases and ROI narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead PI Unified Ecosystem initiative across business and technology partners.
• Develop actionable project plans and ensure controls for sustainable results.
• Build consensus across matrixed teams and drive cross-functional work.
• Establish milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and recovery plans.
• Provide data-driven program health reports with red/yellow/green status.
• Communicate initiative drivers and ROI to executives and stakeholders.
