Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in an operations environment including 7 years of leading and directing large enterprise-wide projects.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives involving business, product, operations, digital, and technology partners.
• Strong project leadership, milestones, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional execution capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills with the ability to build compelling business cases and ROI narratives.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a thought leader regarding improvements to end-to-end processes with our providers, members, and internal end-users.
• Leads the PI Unified Ecosystem initiative by coordinating business and technology partners and driving development of new Payment Integrity solutions.
• Establishes and manages program milestones, risks, decisions, and recovery plans to keep major transformation moving forward.
• Creates and maintains an end-to-end PI Unified Ecosystem roadmap for prioritization and cross-functional alignment.
