Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and 8+ years in an operations environment including 7+ years leading large enterprise-wide projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought leader to improve end-to-end processes for providers, members, and internal users.
• Coordinate business and technology partners to drive PI Unified Ecosystem initiatives.
• Develop actionable project plans, milestones, and risk management across matrixed teams.
• Establish and manage program milestones, dependencies, risks, and recovery plans to advance new solutions.
• Communicate program health with data-driven updates and executive-ready narratives.
