Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience in an operations environment including leading large enterprise-wide projects.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives with cross-functional partners.
• Strong project leadership, milestone management, dependency and risk handling.
• Executive communication and storytelling to present business cases and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PI Unified Ecosystem initiative by coordinating business and technology partners.
• Develop actionable project plans and ensure milestones, risks, and recovery plans are in place.
• Communicate program health with red/yellow/green status updates to executives and stakeholders.
• Build consensus across matrixed teams and drive cross-functional alignment through implementation.
• Create and maintain an end-to-end roadmap for the initiative.
