Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 8 years in process/manufacturing/industrial engineering in a manufacturing setting (with Bachelor's).
- Strong experience with liquid-cooled technology in data center/server hardware or related industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pressure testing for liquid cooling assemblies.
- Improve manufacturability and reduce cycle times.
- Develop leak testing and cooling/fluid handling processes.
- Analyze process data to identify trends and preventive maintenance needs.
- Own maintenance plans and coordinate cross‑functional improvements.
- Collaborate with EHS to enforce SOPs and safety standards.
