Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced knowledge in Java, microservices, Kafka, AWS, PostgreSQL or similar technologies.
• Experience leading the use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools with validating AI outputs for correctness, performance and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and secure data handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to the business and technical teams, contractors and vendors.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others' code.
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across teams with measurable validation standards.
• Utilize SDLC tools to improve automation and delivery at scale.
• Influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes.
• Act as a SME and contribute to engineering community about firmwide tooling and practices.
