JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer within the Corporate & Investment Bank Payments group to drive secure, scalable technology delivery. You will lead agile teams, guide design decisions, and apply advanced engineering practices across the SDLC to build trusted market-leading products.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development, code quality, and governance, with responsibility for cross-team collaboration and strategic technical leadership.

Competenze

• 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced knowledge in Java, microservices, Kafka, AWS, PostgreSQL or similar technologies.
• Experience leading the use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools with validating AI outputs for correctness, performance and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and secure data handling.
