Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer to shape AI-enabled, secure, scalable digital products for millions of customers. You will guide design, reviews, and governance across the SDLC while championing responsible AI adoption and enterprise standards.

You will influence senior engineers and collaborate with product and technology leaders to align roadmaps with strategic goals and regulatory requirements, delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of experience.
Hands-on experience delivering system design, development, testing, and production stability.
Expert proficiency in one or more programming languages.
Experience leading adoption of AI-enabled development practices with auditability and data security.

Responsibilities

Architect and govern AI-enabled engineering workflows to improve delivery speed and quality at scale.
Define guardrails for validation, security, resiliency, and data handling across teams.
Design and build scalable coding frameworks using enterprise patterns.
Develop secure production code and conduct rigorous reviews and debugging.
Define enterprise-scale AI-enabled architecture to enhance customer experiences.
Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to define roadmaps.
Apply SDLC tools to improve automation and value realization.
Advise cross-functional teams as SME for AI-enabled engineering practices.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted code review, test strategy, and incident analysis.
