Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience with enterprise deployment of Microsoft Communication and Collaboration products in a hybrid environment.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange, SMTP, and Identity Management - focusing on managing the lifecycle of email objects in a hybrid environment.
• Experience leading teams of technologists and guiding/coaching teams to meet strategic initiatives.
• Knowledge across hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment practices, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Applies deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to analyze complex data and systems and mitigate risk.
• Architects and implements changes to resolve issues and modernize technology processes across platforms.
• Leads infrastructure engineering in accordance with business requirements and drives complex programs.
• Provides thought leadership within the product line and advises on upstream/downstream implications.
• Advises junior engineers and fosters a diverse, inclusive team culture.
