Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Hydrogeologist to lead groundwater and regulatory projects across Florida and the Southeast. You will manage multi‑disciplinary teams, oversee UIC permitting, ASR initiatives, and water resource evaluations, while engaging with municipal and industrial clients to deliver high‑quality environmental consulting services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field required.
• P.G. license required.
• 15+ years of hydrogeology/environmental consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of groundwater flow, hydrogeologic characterization, and UIC permitting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for hydrogeologic evaluations and water resource projects.
• Manage groundwater monitoring, aquifer testing, and water quality assessments.
• Oversee UIC/ASR projects and Class I/Class V injection well permitting.
• Prepare technical reports, permit applications, and regulatory documents.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; lead multi-disciplinary teams.
