Deloitte Cyber is seeking an AI Security Senior Manager to lead enterprise AI security strategy, governance, and risk initiatives. You will guide executive leadership and cross‑capability teams across Data, Infrastructure, Identity, Security Operations and Application Security to deliver strategic solutions for clients.

The role emphasizes shaping governance patterns, risk frameworks, and scalable AI security programs while managing client engagements, growth opportunities, and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Advises security, risk, data, technology and business leaders on enterprise AI security strategy.
• Leads multi-workstream AI security strategy projects from current-state assessments to governance adoption.
• Defines scalable cybersecurity and governance patterns including risk taxonomies and policy structures.
• Oversees data, infrastructure, identity, application security and security operations workstreams.
• Leads pursuits and account growth by shaping strategic solutions and delivery approaches.
• Builds client relationships and ensures delivery quality, risk, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on enterprise AI security strategy, governance, and risk appetite.
• Lead complex AI security strategy projects and tech implementations across multiple workstreams.
• Define scalable patterns, AI risk taxonomies, control frameworks and board reporting models.
• Provide strategic oversight across data, infrastructure, identity, application security, and security operations.
• Shaping differentiated strategic solutions, executive workshops, and delivery approaches.
• Oversee client relationships, engagement quality, and delivery risk for a portfolio.

Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, AIGP (optional)
