Job summary

Bemana, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Lead Generator Technician to launch and grow a new service operation in the Austin market. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role that keeps you in the field while guiding a growing team.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, servicing, and expanding the service operation; mentoring technicians; and working with municipal, university, and commercial clients. Excellent earnings potential and career growth await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience servicing commercial standby generators.
• Experience with PMs, diagnostics, and load bank testing.
• Diesel and/or natural gas engine knowledge; ATS experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in field service; leadership interest encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial standby generators.
• Perform PMs, load bank testing, troubleshooting and emergency service.
• Service ATS equipment and related power generation systems.
• Support municipal, university, public safety and commercial customers.
• Work independently while helping grow the Austin service operation.
• Mentor future technicians as the team expands.
