Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in Java and Python.
• Experience using enterprise AI-assisted software development tools and setting team expectations for AI outputs.
• Strong knowledge of secure and responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
• Practical cloud-native experience with AWS.
• Experience with Hibernate and Spring JPA and AWS Postgres design to build scalable services.
• Experience building scalable REST APIs and knowledge of GraphQL.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to business and technical teams and contractors.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code; review and debug others' code.
• Promote AI-assisted engineering practices across teams with measurable validation standards.
• Improve automation value across the SDLC/TLM toolchain using AI-enabled development.
• Influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across focus areas.
• Champion firmwide SDLC frameworks, tools, and practices.
