Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate in a relevant field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education, including doctoral-level teaching and administration.
• Graduate-level teaching experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor BUS students throughout their academic journey.
• Facilitate timely communication and collaboration among faculty, students, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations and standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the BUS programs, including faculty support and program evaluation.
• Teach two to three courses per term on campus and/or online.
• Provide academic administrative support on campus as assigned.
