Capital University in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a full-time Instructor of Business, committed to excellence in teaching and student success. The successful candidate will teach courses in the undergraduate accounting curriculum as well as MBA programs in an evening, hybrid format.

Capital University’s School of Management and Leadership invites applicants for a full‑time Instructor of Business position (non‑tenure track).
The successful candidate will be committed to excellence in teaching and student success and must have subject matter expertise and the ability to teach courses across the undergraduate accounting curriculum and in the MBA program. MBA courses are offered in an evening, hybrid format. Additionally, the ability to teach in multiple business disciplines is desirable: Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Business Policy and Strategy, Business Operations, and/or Professional Development. This is a nine‑month position teaching 32 credits per academic year at the undergraduate and graduate level. Summer teaching opportunities may be available. The position carries the title of Executive Professor.
