Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s degree
• Ideally educated with a Master within a relevant field
• Solid experience at a senior level within cost estimating in the build and construction sector
• Experience in the commercial residential space
• Knowledge of construction means and methods, procurement strategies, and project delivery models
• Advanced level user of MS Excel
• Experience using Estimating packages

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct on cost estimating and play an integral role on major high-end commercial projects
• Act as focal point on all estimating matters, setting standards, methods, and future strategy
• Mentor junior team members and drive disciplined forecasting and risk management
• Involve in quantity take-offs and develop cost estimates to limit financial risks
